-Payments are required upfront in full half the negotiated price in order to begin. Transactions shall be processed through Paypal invoice or G-Cash.-Additional fees may be incurred by complexity or revisions in the final stages.-Cancellation and refunds are non-negotiable after the client approves a sketch.
